My Daily Says: September 2012

Finally, consolidated all the pictures taken during the last BKK trip with Apple!

Its going to be a long post as we went for 4 days this time round. Apple and I will usually travel to BKK every year to shop for clothes, accessories and purchase lingerie @ Wacoal cos its freaking cheap @ bkk! So this time round, its no exception and i paid for her air ticket as a belated birthday gift for her!

Hope she enjoyed the trip! :D

Just 1 week before the trip, Apple told me that she got a test which weighs 40% of the final grade clashed on the second day of our travelling dates and my heart almost couldn't take it!

Why so sway one! :(

Apple started to email to RMIT lecturers to see if she is able to take sub paper and RMIT took so long to revert. Thankfully, god is standing on our side and guess what, test is postpone to another week by the lecturer as he didn't managed to complete the lectures! :D

SO YAY BKK TRIP Continues...

We met @ airport in the noon at about 330pm and i was slightly late. Didn't managed to have a proper lunch at the airport and i just grabbed some toast bread for Killiney. I was still feeling a little sick with slight flu and very bad cough and i still went ahead to BKK. Wrong decision made and i suffered from terrible ear block during landing and its really terrible :(((

For the first night, i didn't sleep well and i have been coughing like a mad girl in the night. Feel so bad to disturb apple while she is sleeping. :((

Touched down @ Bangkok at about 8pm.

I was feeling very terrible at that time due to ear block. I can't even hear clearly. :'(

The traffic to Grand Diamond Hotel was really bad as well and it took us about 45 mins before we reached there.

It was pretty late after we checked in, and almost all the restaurants are closed, so we settled for Macdonalds!

I looked really shag here, due to my bad cough. Have been coughing non-stop till my tears dropped :'(

Ended our night really early as i wanted to have a good rest before we start a brand new day shopping the next day! The first thing in the morning, i went to purchase cough medicine and i feel so much better after that. Have been relying on strepsils to stop coughing.

Second day @ BKK!

It was super early in the morning around 9am BKK timing.

In upcoming eyelet peplum top (manufactured by TSW), similar fabric as the basic eyelet top!

Finally get to try the won ton mee located near pratunam market!

Its a pity i couldn't really taste the real taste as i was still having flu.

Whatever i eat, taste so bland even for the drinks :((

But Apple say its nice! I shall try it again the next time i'm here!

Another must-do thing in BKK is to tailor shirts! its really affordable and the quality in BKK is really good! Since the guys are not here, we are on a mission to help them tailor and bring back to Singapore!

Not recommending this tailor shop i went to as the cutting wasn't very good and they didn't do as what we have told them. For example, one of the collar turns out to be peterpan collar instead of normal pointed tip collar? Funny ah! And one side of the sleeves turned out to be slightly shorter compared to the other sleeve. >:(

Japanese lunch @ Fuji Restaurant after that, its located @ the highest level at Platinum mall.

The prices are so much cheaper as compared to Singapore!

Ordered 2 sets of Salmon Sashimi! SO FRESH & THICK! :D

After lunch, we started our shopping @ platinum mall!

The prices are so much expensive compared to the last time we came. Didn't bought alot of clothes that day cos its way too expensive :(

Settled our dinner @ Coca Restaurant located @ Central World.

Must try! Roasted Duck Meat :D

We shopped @ Naraya after dinner and its a pity we didn't make an effort to walk over to Siam Market.

Damn regret that day but nevertheless, we still managed to shop the next day.

Headed back to the hotel and off we went for a full body massage before we ended the night!

Third Day @ BKK!

Both of us feeling very lethargic the next day and we went to Black Canyon Coffee for breakfast before we start shopping for the guys! :D

Didn't took a lot of photos on the 3rd day as we are too tired. We spent the rest of the day buying some snacks @ MBK and shopping for lingerie @ Tokyu! Dinner was at Pepper lunch just outside Siam Market as we wanted to shop @ the market before it closed @ 10pm.

Body massage again before we ended our night :D

Last Day in BKK!

Our flight was 8pm in the evening and we have to reach airport by 6pm.
So we spent the day mostly @ Chinatown to have our breakfast cum lunch! :D

This caught my eyes when i'm at Chinatown. This guy was throwing the coins to everyone and everyone is picking the coins happily. hahahaha! Money dropped from the sky!

Back to our hotel @ around 5pm and we packed our stuff into our luggages before heading to the airport. It was such a mad rush for us! Left hotel @ about 5.30pm and guess what, the traffic to the airport was so bad and we are so worried that we couldn't checked in within the stated time frame.

In the end, we reached airport at about 6.50pm and we are like two mad girls running to the check-in counters. Thankfully we managed to board the plane on time. I was perspiring like mad! haha!
