Exam Period

In a wink, one week is almost gone and i have done with two papers! 

Now i left with one last paper coming up on Monday, my weakest module, company law.

I doubt i did well for today's paper, arghh, hope the result is not too bad. :(

Seriously, i can't wait for exam to be over, the days are dragging so slowly. I miss those busy working days, weekly launches at TSW, busy packing parcels days, seeing my colleagues everyday, be online everyday for almost 12 hours. 

Will be meeting Angie tmr to see the manufactured samples! didn't expect the samples to arrive so quickly! Got to squeeze some of my time to make a trip down :)

Two more weeks to Vietnam! Just in time to enjoy myself right after exams.

Its a company trip and good thing is everything is paid by company. woohoo~

I'm still hesitating whether should i bring my dslr along? or my canon digicam will do.

Hate to lug dslr wherever i go, its so heavy.

Went to PS - PINC earlier on for my regular Brazilian waxing after a good 3 months break.

Wondering why my package still remain at 200 plus till 2011. 

And finally i managed to try GONG CHA! yeahhh NO QUEUE at all not like KOI.

I can still remember i gave up queuing for KOI while queuing halfway at AMK.

The queue is seriously long and i hope more outlets will be opening soon.

Back!

I'm back from kukup last evening! Took lots of photos and i'm uploading to FB now! :)

Had 3 meals of seafood consecutively and its really sinful and needless to say, i have gained 1-2 kgs!

A very relaxing small island to experience the simple lifestyle without any stress at all.

But its definitely not to my liking to stay more than 2 nights, cos the weather is terribly hot and i can't survive without any internet. 

Will blog about it in detail when i have the time :)

Its a new week again and i will be taking 5 half-days leave to study for my exams!

Can't believe next week will be my first paper, i'm still VERY UNPREPARED!

This is really bad, spent 6 hrs straight studying earlier and i'm feeling very stressful and couldn't absorb anymore after 6 hrs. Tmr is another mugging day for me.

Managed to read one chapter of the textbook for corporate accounting. Nearly doze off. Zzzz

TGIF tmr! Its the day for enrolment for the next semester as well! 

Got to rush off to sch after work and will be studying in sch for the rest of the evening, jia you! 

Shall endure for 2 more weeks and i can enjoy my life fully :)

can't wait for Nov to arrive and i have lots of plans coming up!

Time to study!!

In exactly 2 more weeks! my exams will start.

Seriously, i'm not prepared for these 3 papers, and it seems that i still have a whole chunk of notes to study and textbooks to read up. I still need to work till end of next week. I only managed to apply half days leave from Monday to Friday and 2 full days leave. Almost all my leaves have been used up for my previous semester exams and now i only left with pathetic 8.5 days leave and that's inclusive of my unpaid leaves. how sad can it be. 

Frankly speaking, I didn't have the motivation to study for this semester and i even skipped quite a number of lectures. This is really bad. How i wish i can choose to study full time and focus on TSW full time and being jobless, probably next year i think? 

I have been working on a full time basis since i graduated from poly. It has been a total of 4 years in accounting/finance line. Probably its time for me to rest, focus on my studies and score better grades for my modules and focusing on TSW, making it stronger as before. :)

I'm really glad that i chose to set up a blogshop in 2008 and i didn't regret at all till now :)

Its been a long way for me and for the past few years, i have learnt a lot of stuff and gain lots of experience in setting up a small business in the blogshop universe. And most importantly, i get to meet alot of new friends!

And shirlyn, my younger sister has turn to be a beauty in my opinion :)

She has been very accommodating with me though sometimes we will get to quarrel over small things. 

Afterall, we will be fine the next day even though the issue isn't resolve yet. laughsss! that's the good thing of being sisters! :D

Alrightyy! Time for lunch! Will be back for more again!

Kukup Trip coming up!

10 more days to go and I will be away to Kukup for family gathering trip with my bf and my sister! :)
This is my 3rd time I have been to Kukup and it’s highly recommended to those who wish to organize gatherings with big group!

Kukup is located at southern end of west Malaysia, Johor state, Pontian, Kukup. It’s more like a small fishing village with houses look like holiday chalets and most of them are Chinese! Some of them earn their income through renting of rooms to the tourists and Kukup is a very popular place for Singaporean!
All the chalets are built on the sea and you are able to feel the sea breeze in the night, cool ~

The seafood is really good! They are very generous with the crabs, chicken wings, prawns etc and there will be 2 meals in a day (SEAFOOD!). You can also opt for barbeque seafood if you prefer to have it cooked differently.

What can you do at the chalet?
All the facilities are provided and you can either sing ktv (home based), watch channel 8 shows and Mahjong (major love for everyone). If you are planning for a trip to Kukup, you should try to play with the fireworks, fire crackers, bomb, pop pop etc! It brings back our childhood days!

Can’t wait for this short get-away but feeling kind of stressed/guilty at the same time as the exam dates are getting nearer and I still go ahead with this trip! This is terribly wrong.

Met up with one of my regular customer for lunch yesterday at golden shoe and we had a really good chat during the lunch! So many topics that we can talk about and one hr of lunch is definitely not enough. More luncheons for us in the next few weeks and we will be planning dinner/shopping together right after my exams! Cool ~ :)

Stressed!

Morning morning!

Its mid-week which also means that I only left with exactly 3 weeks to my exam!

One word, STRESSED!

Apparently, I did very badly for all my tests for all of 3 modules which explain why I feel extremely pressure for my upcoming exams.

I should study earlier for my test and not wait till the last minutes then I study for it.

Arghhh! I should be focusing on my exams which consists the major percentage. Wish me luck for my exams in the next 3 weeks! 3 papers in total!

For those who are waiting for the new collection to be up, it will be launch on this Sunday, 9pm sharp! It’s going to be the last launch till 1st of Nov (my last paper), so I will be taking a 2 weeks break to study hard! We will be back for more yummy goodies and a SALES post I promised! :D

Managed to edit the photos last night, and I took merely 1 hr to finish it! Great job to myself! Hehe cos I need to spend a little time to study before I sleep.

What i am busy with?

Helloooo! I'm finally here blogging!

A new blogspace for me! The reason being blogspot is much more user friendly than livejournal and most importantly, I can add my tweets here to be display on the main page whereas livejournal is unable to do so. I love twitter man and seriously i neglected my FB account after i sign up for a twitter account.

Didn't really have much time to design a banner for my blog so i thought probably a nice font will do up the banner and i think its simple and nice representating the love that i have contributed to my readers as well as my customers and TSW! And it also save the trouble for me to log in and out of my livejournal account just to blog an entry, I’m glad that now there are two different platforms for me to handle TSW and my personal entries!

I will be posting up sneak previews and more entries related to TSW over this website so that you can look forward on what's coming up next in our next few collections! I will definitely try to blog more frequently when i have the time k :)

So what i have been busying with for the past few weeks:
- 3 - 4 projects submission those are due in the month of Sep/Oct'10! I'm glad that everything is over now and all the projects are CLEARED!

- Attending weekly lectures really drains me out, taking the fact that I’m working full time and travels to school directly after work. And it’s a torture for me to take bus 74 all the way home travelling from west to north. Sometimes, I did pamper myself abit and share cab home with my sch mates or occasionally my bf came to sch and fetch me home :)

- As usual, my full time job - 5 days work, 830pm to 530pm

- Trying to launch a new collection every week and plan schedules for photoshoot with my sister

- Need to fork out time to collect new stocks from my suppliers, I’m really glad to have these suppliers supporting me, keeping those nice and pretty clothes for me in advance as I can only be there right after my work in the evening. So that mainly explains why some of the designs/colors are exclusive to us and not commonly seen in other blogshops :)

- Preparing our manufactured label, I spent some time designing the label using photoshop and I’m pretty satisfied that it turns out really sweet and classy with those floral designs as the borders.

- Also submitted quite a number of manufactured designs and arrange appointments with Angie to discuss about the designs, material, cutting, colors etc. I seriously can’t wait for the samples to be out! Angie is really sweet to place my orders under “URGENT” so that the stocks will arrive asap! :)

- Packing of parcels right after my work/sch to be mailed out the following day once payment received! I know you girls love to receive parcels fast and yep I will always try to do the best that I can. Receiving positive feedbacks from my customers really put a big wide smile on my face.

Alrighty, the above tasks covered almost 24 hrs of my time daily and I hardly had time for myself, let alone meeting my friends. I’m lucky that my BF works near me, hence we are able to meetup for lunch frequently! :)
