Cousin's Wedding!

Attended our cousin's wedding last 2-3 weeks ago and i was wearing this Dot Dot Cut In Dress launching tonight @ 8pm! :)

It is the same fabric used for our polka dot peekaboo crop and high neck top!
We love this polka dot fabric so much that we made it into a dress version this time round.
The fabric won't crease at all which means that no ironing is needed at all, super awesome! :D

I added the two side black panels as recommended by my manufacturer so that it will look slimmer than usual when worn. heh ;)

The fabric is super stretchy and i love how comfy it is even after a long work day.

Available in S & M size. FYI, i'm wearing a Size S :)

Sis was wearing the floral piping peplum dress in White launched on www.thestagewalk.com last week! Size S is currently out of stock in White and black color is still available in limited pieces only! :)

The wedding was held @ MBS ballroom and it was my first time attending a wedding @ MBS.
Love the ballroom cos its really spacious especially the reception area, however, the food served was average.

With the pretty bride! :*)

I was so surprised to see Gabriel when we are having fun @ the photobooth!
The world is too small ;)

Thank you for the invite!

Now i'm still thinking whether to include photo booth during my big day.

Dilemma dilemma hmmmm

HK Travelogue Day (Madame Tussauds)

Just caught a movie "Man of Steel" and it was soooo good!
I will be flying off for a 3 days work trip tomorrow and will be back on Thursday morning.
So, here's another post of my hk trip to Madame Tussauds also known as wax museum!

We took a train to Central station and took a short walk to Peak Tram.

It wasn't my first time here but its the first time i took the peak tram up and i'm super looking forward to visit the wax museum!

Managed to take a snapshot of the different pricing package and we went for the first one which cost HK250 per pax.

The queue for the peak tram was super long and we waited for about 20 mins before we could board the tram.

It was pretty cold when we reached as we were almost at the peak! I was freezing and regretted not wearing thicker clothing that day.

The first wax figurine we see was Jackie Chan playing martial arts! haha!
It was so interesting to look closely at the wax figurine as it was almost the same as the real person.

I have filtered out some pictures to post it up here as there's way too many pictures we took!
So i shall let the pictures do the talking.

HAHAHA SO PERVERT LOOK! ;)

With Andy Lau & Jay Chou!!!!

This pic looks like we are jumping down from the building. LOL!

You can cover the whole of Madame Tussauds in about 1 hr time. Its pretty small in my opinion.
There's a "SCREAM" section that i didn't managed to go cos i'm too timid to go in. haha
My bf went in and he told me there's nothing scary inside and the staff over there is trying to make us scare only!

Visited Sky Terrace after that and it was terribly cold and the wind is so strong that i have to keep making sure that my skirt won't fly up.

I would say do visit Madame Tussauds when you are coming to HK but if you have visited Madame Tussauds in other countries, you can skip this cos it is much smaller in HK.

Visited one of the famous stall selling wan ton mee for our dinner and its located somewhere near Central station.

You can choose either one topping for your noodles and they have shrimp wonton, beef slices and fish ball. They are very generous with the size of the wonton and the prawn are so fresh and chunky!

Will be continuing my HK trip in the next entry and we are heading to Macau the following day! :)

Stay hydrated and stay indoors to avoid the haze and i'm glad that today PSI is so much lower and i can finally see the clear blue sky again!

Much love,
Jamie

Photoshoot @ Letoile Cafe!

Back with another entry today!

I shall blog behind the scenes for our photoshoot @ Letoile Cafe held last 2 weeks since i'm done with the launch tonight! :D

Don't forget to catch the launch @ 8pm tonight k! :)

I was there early for the shoot and i was craving for ice-cream at that moment and so i ordered this while waiting for Gabriel and August to arrive!

My pretty model arrived after 15 mins later and don't you think she look really gorgeous in this floral dress? ;)

August changed into the first outfit while waiting for Gabriel to arrive and we sat on the sofa and chill out with a cup of cranberry juice! :)

Launching this Sabo Skirt Design tonight! Love the floral trimming and its so perfect for work!
Available in S & M Size and August is wearing Size S for this.

Photoshoot start now! :)
I took some BTS using my own camera.

Borrowed a couple of storybooks from the cafe to act as some props!

And this is Gabriel! Super nice and friendly guy i got to know, really lucky to know him and i can always count on him for my upcoming photoshoots. Thank you Gabriel for the beautiful shots and i cant wait for the next photoshoot with him happening in 1 week time! :D

The leather neckline textured dress still available in a couple of pieces here
Its a Zara inspired design, in case you didn't know ;)

Both of them look so serious in this shot! haha

If you have been to Letoile Cafe, you should know that the deco upstairs is really pretty!
The cafe was pretty crowded in the noon and we had a hard time trying to find a empty table for a few mins shoot :(

After this outfit, we couldn't find anymore nice spot to shoot as all the nice spots were occupied with customers and we headed out to the roadside for a short shoot!

Attempting to do a natural walking shoot

Finally this beautiful corner is empty and we hurriedly went over to do a shoot!

Such cute decos on the wall

Completed the shoot in 2 hours and i'm so glad its a wrap! :)
It was pouring by then and we settled our dinner @ Letoile Cafe!

Checking out the photos and i love this candid shot taken by Gabriel.

Thank you Gabriel for your time!!!
Hope you enjoy the shoot!

You can view more of his works here:

Dinner with August after the shoot and the food was not too bad or probably we were damn hungry?
