Food Tasting @ Carlton Hotel

Good morning ladies! Woke up really early today to prepare for the launch and i'm so sorry for the late notification of the launch. There's suppose to have an outdoor shoot this morning but due to some unforeseen circumstances, the shoot was cancelled :(

Anyway, i'm super in love with today's collection. Featuring two of my favourite items under TSW label :)

First up, featuring this lovely washed floral flare dress and i kept it in both colors for myself!

Fell in love with the cutting and if you notice the two front white panel lines somehow give a slimmer look! ;)

I have a soft spot for such sweet floral prints geez!

Also loving the cut in back details.

On the 1st of July, we went for our food tasting @ Carlton Hotel and i'm so looking forward to it!

Counting down 3 more months to my big day! :D

Here's a sneak peek of our food tasting menu and it will also be the same for my actual day food menu.

And if you noticed, my parents are not here for the food tasting as both of them are a vegetarian and yep, meaning that we got to eat 10 person shares instead of 8. 

First dish to be served

My favourite goes to both Deep fried sliver fish and the sliced duck with mango!

Love the combination and the food is really good!

Braised Shark Fin Soup

The crab meat served was so generous and this is also one of the must have dish!

Steamed Garoupa which came in a big portion as well and we couldn't finish the whole fish.

Crispy Prawns in Salad cream which was so so so fresh!

Braised Mushrooms with sea cucumber

Smoked Chinese Tea Soya Chicken

Lotus Leaf Rice with Seafood

Mango Pomelo with Sago

The restaurant is named Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant and it has been applauded as one of the Singapore finest Cantonese restaurants, no wonder the food over there is soooo good!

Now i can't wait to see my guests whom we invited having a good time dining during our wedding.

Thank you Carlton and Wah Lok for the sumptuous food! :D
