Montigo Resort 2013

heyy all! I miss blogging and which is why i'm here now.

Spent the whole evening at the website company and i feel more relieved now to see that the website is almost done. It was supposed to be up before CNY but due to some changes i wanted to make, the designer need a few more days to meet my requirement. Haha, i'm just so fussy on minor details like font type, alignment, transition and the most important part is the overall feel!

Some of you may have heard, yes, we are moving to our own domain very soon!
I really can't wait to move over to .com so that everything is automated and no more manual invoicing.
In celebration of our own domain, we have something special for you girls! Make a guess?
Also for our regular customers, you will expect something that many of you have been asking us to implement it. Wanna make a guess too?

And start to bookmark www.thestagewalk.com

Here's an entry on my recent trip to Montigo, Batam as promised! ;)

It was a well-planned trip by me to celebrate his birthday in advance as he will be flying off to Munich on his actual birthday.

This is our first time departing @ Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

Approximately 40 min ferry ride and we are here @ Nongsa Pura terminal.

What i wear: Daisy Crochet Top in Cream from The Stage Walk #185
Kept both colors for this top!

I arranged for land transfer few days in advance via email and the driver from Montigo will wait for you outside the terminal.

Less than 10 mins bus ride and we are here @ Montigo!!! :D
This is what greets us when we arrived. Awesome view i will never forget.

This place is really amazing and i have been to Batam so many times and i didn't expect that Batam can be so nice! haha!

The welcoming view from the lobby and everyone is taking pictures even before they checked in.

The resort is made of 3 types of villa, Hill Side Villa, Hill Top Pool Villa and Spa Villa.

I chose the hill side villa!

There are buggies to bring us to our resort.
Its 3 storeys high, 2 bedroom villa, roof top and a private pool.

Check out our villa pics below.

What i love most is the private pool, its just 2-3 steps away from the living room.

Montigo Resort is still under construction and we are really unlucky that our villa faces part of the construction sight. Should have ask for a change of unit, we didn't realize it till we unpacked everything and we find it too troublesome to change by then. :(

This is not going to ruin our day! ;)

Towards the evening time approx 7pm, we had rooftop bbq for our dinner.
Kinda regret opting this for dinner as i feel that the food doesn't justified for the price i have paid.
Glad that the beautiful night view make up for it :)

The staff came and set up everything for us including bbq-ing.

Skewers that cost $100 plus? Not worth it right? :(((
Should have order room service instead.

Ordered this as well !

There's mini pillows on the sofa bed right at the roof top terrace.
So shiok!!!

The wind is so strong and i'm feeling so cold that i went down to take my cardigan.

Complimentary Birthday Cake from Montigo!

Happy Birthday dear!! <3

We were too full and we didn't get to eat the cake at that moment.

More pictures taken by the staff before we went downstairs.

Ended the night watching movies and playing CANDY CRUSH!

Will blog about the next day in another entry as i couldn't upload anymore photos due to album full?

Off to reply emails and editing photos for upcoming launch!
I love almost everything in the next collection. Should i keep all? So tempted! :<

Much love,
Jamie
