Ho Chi Minh Continue...

We were told to gather at the lobby at 8am in the morning leaving HCM for Cu Chi Tunnels.

The bus journey from our hotel to Cu Chi Tunnels is pretty long and i had a good nap on the bus ;)

After 1 hr plus of journey, we had finally reached our destination! :D

Photos taking at the entrance and toilet break first before we head to the forest.

On the way to explore more...

This is how the people hide inside the hole covered by multiple of leaves during the war.

We were perspiring badly, no joke! The sun is scorching hot that day.

Here we get to witness how rice paper is made.

The bullets used during the war

We also get to experience to explore the tunnels and we actually need to bend our body to go into that small tunnel where they stay. Goodnesssss! i can't imagine how they managed to stay there so long. There isn't any source of light in the tunnel and we actually need to figure our way out, at the same time bending our bodies while we slowly walked out.

We perspired more as we walked and when we saw that tiny source of light, we were extremely delighted that we have reached the end point. Phewwww!

Kinda regretted that i chose to enter the tunnel, my legs turned soft since after that =X

Next, we visit the war museum which primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietname War and is a major tourist attraction.

Reunification Place which was the workplace of the President of South Vietnam

In the evening, we visited the water puppet show at Golden Dragon theatre before we head for dinner at Thanh Tra restaurant.

Last day! We checked out our room at 12 pm and headed to Parkson for our lunch!
Had KFC for lunch :D

We took more pictures before we leave the hotel to the airport

Our local tour guide from Vietnam :D

Touch down at about 11pm and bf was so sweet to pick me up from the airport.

Work resume the next day and we were all DEAD BEAT!

Definitely a very memorable trip and i look forward to more company trips! :D

alrightyyy! will be back for more again!

Love,
Jamie :)
